Postage Rates.

Postage is based on final value and weight, but for basic rates

• UK Orders up to £20 in value: £2.00
• UK Orders over £20 and up to £50 in value: £4.00
• UK Orders over £50 in value: £10.00

Payment Methods Accepted.

• Paypal (accepted only with confirmed address)
• Credit or Debit card (securely online. Accepted only with confirmed address)

Refunds & Returns

Liz and I pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service. All our products are supplied with a guarantee so in the event you are not entirely satisfied then we offer a no quibble returns and refund policy.
You may return the item for a full refund including postage costs providing: –

• It is returned in its original condition
• It is returned within 21 days of receipt

Delivery.

Goods are dispatched when payment has cleared.

Every effort is made to dispatch goods within 3 days of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). However, as we cannot be responsible for any delay by Royal Mail or any other carrier, time cannot be of the essence
