Refunds & Returns

All items are described to the best of our abilities and with (if any) imperfections noted.

If an item is sold “Not as Described” you may return the item for a full refund including postage costs providing: –

• You have notified us of your intent by email within 14 days of receipt
• It is returned in its original condition
• It is returned within 21 days of receipt

You may return your item for any other reason, but postage costs will NOT be refunded, providing: –

Cancellation.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by notifying us by email or telephone. You order will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.

If goods have already been dispatch you may still cancel your order and return the goods. Please review “Refunds and Returns”

Postage and Packing.

Postage and packing costs will be combined for multiple items. Postage rates are listed on the Refund, Returns and Postage Policy page

Customs Charges and VAT.

All UK orders are delivered with all duties paid.

NON UK ORDERS may be subject to VAT and/or Customs charges.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any duties due.

Delivery.

Goods are dispatched when payment has cleared.

Every effort is made to dispatch goods within 3 days of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). However, as we cannot be responsible for any delay by Royal Mail or any other carrier, time cannot be of the essence.
